FPV

I am a 16 year old FPV pilot who has been flying RC and hobby aircraft since the age of 11. FPV is a hobby that has stuck with me longer than any other interest of mine.
FPV can be used for limitless applications. I have personally flown my drones for countless things, from gutter inspections to chasing drift cars!
I build all my drones from the ground up. I troubleshoot their issues and fix them when they break!
I continue to film and edit videos for my YouTube channel and Instagram account showing various skills and techniques, and I am excited to discover where the next flights will take me!
If you are curious about whether or not FPV footage is right for you, please look at the Services tab where I explain more about FPV and what these drones do best.
WHAT IS FPV?
FPV stands for First-Person View
It is a method of operating radio controlled craft by remotely viewing an onboard camera. The image from the camera is wirelessly transmitted to be viewed by the operator through a pair of goggles that are worn over the eyes. The pilot uses a radio to move two joysticks that correlate to each individual axis of movement. The pilot learns how to combine different stick inputs in order to manipulate the drone to move in space. FPV drones are incredibly acrobatic, and are controlled purely manually through the skill of the pilot.
If you’ve ever watched a drone race or a chase scene filmed from the sky, you’ve probably already seen an FPV drone in action. FPV drone skills were featured heavily in this winter’s Olympics, especially filming the downhill skiers. Here is a news segment all about that.
Unlike regular GPS drones that fly themselves, FPV drones are all about manual control, speed, and immersion.
Whether it’s for heart-pounding racing, smooth cinematic shots, or even military operations, FPV drones are changing the way people experience flight.

Yes. In Maine, 16 is the minimum age for acquiring a professional FAA 107 commercial Unmanned Aircraft License. As of my 16th birthday I am licensed though I have over 4 years of prior experience with professional FPV builds and flights.

Yes! I have full coverage for any possible damage or collision, though damage is very rare to anything but the drone itself, as FPV drones are very lightweight. The indoor versions have protective shields on the propellors and are so tiny that they pose almost no risk of damage to property or people.

I may be only 16, but I have been flying FPV longer than most adults and have been building and engineering since I was a little kid. On the testimonials page you can see recommendations from trusted professionals I have studied and worked with in the past.

I have two larger 5” drones for fast outdoor applications, as well as a smaller 3” drone for large indoor spaces. Additionally, I have smaller 85mm and 2.5” drones for tight spaces and filming around people!

Yes! I have a lot of experience consulting both young kids and adults who want to get into FPV.
